Academic books about activism and struggles
Hi, all! I'm interested in getting recommendations about recent books focusing on activist struggles. Particularly books that theorize what "struggle" means. I am most interested in struggles for justice, so the books are about Black, indigenous, LGBTQI2S, and anti-capitalist struggles, specifically, all the better!
What's good in this realm? Boosts appreciated.

What meaning of meaning do you mean?
Definition? Praxis? Experienced reality?
Academic books about activism and struggles
@BourgouiseLiberal not sure... probably all three...

the best way to get citations is to find certain political groups online presence and find citations through association.
the youtube channel "philosophytube" has a lot of citation of modern progressive literature, tho i have not read all citations.

They are considered part of "breadtube" political sphere. 1/3

sometimes i feel books are just too limiting to understand the zeitgeist, they are often out of date or miss some intersting development.
So i would recommend 2019's videogame of the year "Disco Elysium" for it's (literary) critique of communism, capitalism, fascism and liberalism.
And, again, searching for people who unironically belief things.
Mastodon users is too limiting. 3/3
